EGO overpowers the facts or facts diminishes with ego
In life i have come across many instances, where people with EGO wants to empower through their wits. But things worked out during this interaction are FACTS.
Ha! Ha! Ha!I fail to see the logic between EGOs and Facts... Perhaps you can shed more light on it...And yes, lets keep the Jobs Tech out of this ;-)
You have to have plenty facts while working with person with lots of Ego. It helps to put across your points effectively.
