Harpreet enjoyed the visuals. I myself rely quite a bit on conveying concepts based on such visuals. Visuals such as these bring a lot more people to understanding where a gazzillion words cannot ever hope to convey. Keep up the good work. Might contribute some of my own - i have one that I want to share - I call it the Ivory Tower quotient. An X-Y Axis diagram, one axis being the number of meetings, the other being your Ivory Tower quotient, and a positive linear relationship slope. *grin*
